You forgot the thahini in the humes, so it will taste like shit.Kebab is spiced with cummen, ground coreander, cinemon and some more spices.You have no clue wat your doing.

i wish it was like this in my area. My old neighbourhood butchers prices much higher when compared to the crappier meats at the local Loblaws or Metro supermarkets :S
