Potato Stew pt 1/3This is a great basic recipe that can be infinitely adapted. I use ALL broth. I've made this many times using different vegetables like turnips, rutabaga, celery, and I've added green peas sometimes, always with good results. I usually put out a green salad and bread when serving.
