Thanks for taking the time man. Coconut is one of my favorites. I just need to find some quality oranges. I will look for heirloom but all too often the oranges I find are bland. Peace and thanks.

Thanks Dan "Liferegenerator" for your promoting healthy eating and drinking through vegetables and fruits. Your videos have helped me to stop the bad meats and junk foods, and more veggies and fruits as you always constantly promote.Blessings to you and loved ones.

When you talked about the way you were feeling, it sounds like you just need to remember to be in the present. Just take a deep breathe and say today's date out loud. :)

Two things that I do is those green produce bags & also I generally get my groceries bagged in paper but if you can get a couple of the walmart bags they are good for broccoli lettuce and green stuff in the fridge. If you are using your produce for smoothies FREEZE IT! bananas strwberries broccoli pineapple EVERYTHING except the obvious stuff like lettuce and kale. It is best to buy only what you can use in a couple days but if something is in sale I buy!
