Hi Manjula,I made it tonight, just like in your video. Oh, on top of a bagel with some cream cheese, it was delicious.The greens themselves are a little bitter, but the cream cheese gives it just enough sweetness (and the bread gives more texture). The cumin (jeera) gives it such a good flavor. I love everything about this dish. Thank you for a great video.

Manjula, thank you so much for the recipe. I made it for dinner tonight. I didn't have cumin seeds, so I used fennel. While the collard greens were cooking, I added a teaspoon of cumin powder. The recipe came out great.
