No it's been used on south Antalya,mersin etc.

I really don't think this has anything to do with Turkish cuisine. We don't use those ingredients in rice. Actually, we hardly ever use fresh coriander and cinnamon in cooking (except in some desserts). Maybe this is north African or Middle eastern food?
