no there is no lemon juice added. See the written recipe on my site at DedeMed.com bellagrace714 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Were you supposed to use juice from the lemon for the marinade also Usually it's part of it and I saw the lemon on your counter so I thought I'd ask to make sure I got the recipe correct. Thanks~ dedemed (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)

you can just replace the beef with any lamb cut that you like. Or check out my lamb chops recipe :) odinstreet (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
A delicious and less expensive alternative to filet is sirloin. In fact, most restaurant kabobs are made with a nicely marbled sirloin. Great vid here. nazza0855 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Hi, can these be made with lamb? If so which ingredients would you advise to use with the lamb meat...maybe you can make a video ;) I went to a resturant and they served me a dish called adana which included shish tawook, lamb skewer, and beef shish kobob with lebanese bread.. it was really nice. dedemed (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
