Hey dude,Spanakopita means Spinach Pie,it's got nothing to do with Leeks and Scallions which means Praso and kremidakia,what you are preparing here is called gemisi gia prasopita meaning filling for leek pie, and it's something I make at my shop in Thessaloniki Greece and we put it all together the green part also and we add scallions and onions with a little bit of olive oil salt and pepper!
