I've never heard anyone called thin chips fries. danielpepall (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
flour, pinch of salt, pinch of pepper, tea spoon of english mustard and cold tap water, you need it about the consistancy of yogurt, (if it sticks to the spoon it will stick to the fish, tinned roe, sausages-what ever you want to batter) deep fry it and boom batter tast sensation- I also use a bit of beer instead of water which is even better.
