Ukrainian borsch does not contain meat.It's much lighter.

THERE ARE TONS of borscht's recipes, mine is closer to classical, don't confuse people with your own interpretation of borscht.

An old lady in Kiev,  ( we rented her spare apartment) taught me how to make Bortsch. The exact same way as this zhenshina in the video made it. She used a long bone with marrow and only little meat attached to it. She skimmed out all the fat the exact same way as shown in the video. Good job . Thanx for the upload!
