Drunken noodles are actually Pad Kee Mao, not Pad See Ew. Oh and @xtinaxtong, the recipe (not recipt) is her own, so it can't be wrong because she made her own style.

That looks like Chinese street food I found in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. I don't think it's a Thai dish.
