Prepping the vegetables beforehand is definitely necessary. I always end up burning my veggies while trying to get the others ready to cook. vtantonelli (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
So we got 2 sauces here, right? I'm confused abt the chicken broth. shroomingnewman (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)

Let the sauce boil and thicken before adding the chicken and veggies she says as she does the exact opposite. :) abbassihm (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)

@bum4862 Thanks! I have been looking at them, but haven't bought one yet. I appreciate your tip. bum4862 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Buy an asian Wok pan. It is the best choice for stir fry cause the angle of pan sides lets heat to spread equally for the whole pan. Sides are high enough to prepare delicious Chinese dishes. iamHis888Heismine (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
That looks so easy! The prep is the "hardest" part. I do need to find a pan with high sides though. Thanks for posting this! = ) 03foodie (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
