For this recipe you can use soy sauce in the marinade instead of the wine, and then you just leave the wine out in the sauce :)

Just made this amazing recipe and can' wait till my family grubs up! I substituted the shaou shang wine with worcestershire sauce since I don't like using wine in cooking ( my kids always say they can taste the wine, but doubt it lol ) and everything came out perfect! Thanks for sharing !
