Here's a better idea: Smoke em using indirect heat on the Weber grill with mesquite wood for 1 to 1.5 hours. Take um off and into a 9X13 sealed tightly with foil. Bake at 190F for several (6) hours. Waalaaa! eitachi1 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
