Gayathri Garu.... your mysore pauk is the best.. I dont like soft and smooth mysore pauk like they give in krishna sweets chennai.... Mysore pauk should have holes and should be alittle crunchy like yours ... I love it... this way...

Mysore pak shouldn't be that hard gayatri it looks nice and tasty but mysore pak should be very soft and smooth...in Bangalore best and traditional mysore pak is served in anand bhavan and at sir venkateshwara sweets.
