Tastes great too. Give it a try with reduced butter if you like. Whenever we served cajun chicken to our guests they loved it. If butter is not your choice of fat, try to prepare cajun chicken with oil. It will come out good either way but we like the taste of butter on this dish and the appetizing aroma it leaves in the house while cooking. Enjoy!Mariette
