instead of vegetable oil, use peanut oil....tastes better, plus its better for you and its not artificial

Veru delicious dish. The thing is that this one has a lot of different variations, as I'm allergic to nuts I tend to use lotus seeeds instead. Nam plah also adds a nice savory flavor if added at the end.
