Similar to mine. I use 3 scoops of the LE unflavored protein, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 tablespoon of macadamia nut oil, 3 tablespoons of ground flax seed, and water. I use Udo's 3-6-9 oil blend in my whole food meals. By the way Will, have you ever consumed the Udo's by itself? Not a good taste at all, lol.
