For more free easy recipes, cooking tips and tutorials go to http://www.RecipeLion.comIngre... slices of whole grain bread2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil1 pinch dry oregano5 Kalamata olives, chopped2 slices of Mozzarella cheese1 basil leafInstructions1.Preheat panini press to medium heat.2.Cover one side of the bread with olive oil and sprinkle it with oregano on top.3.Cover the other slice with mozzarella cheese and put olives on top.4.Put one slice on top the other and pop to panini press for couple of minutes or until exterior is crisp and the cheese is gooey and melted.

The bread being whole wheat does not mean it's not a panini. No more than using whole grain pasta makes it no longer pasta.I also want to point out this is recipes with a twist. That means maybe things will be done with a different twist, nothing wrong with that. Okay, just had to speak my peace.
