Just use the leftover herbs for other dishes...for example she mentions chicken with lemon and thyme....why not make that? Also, the herbs she uses are in pots so you can replant them in bigger pots and have your own little herb garden on your windowsill.

YUM YUM YUM!! this looks DELICIOUS! my mouth is watering hahaha! i'm in the U.K our supermarkets dont stock all that fresh basil and i didn't even know you could get that many different types? can you just use one? or do you have any suggestions for substitutes at all? thankyou for posting. :) x
