This was a fantastic recipe. I made considerable adaptations but the base was the same. I used 2 cans of broth and had to add some water to boot. My crock pot is considerably larger then the one in this video lol I feed a small army of young men.. all my sons ;)Added some red hot to the mix instead of jalapenos... worked nicely just don't add to much or it overpowers. For the gravy I used plain flour and added my own spices. The use of the jelly definitely made the difference to us. Thanks bfowler7 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
