I made this with beef and liked it... I usually fail at cooking . Can I make this with shrimp?.

Take some paper towels and dry the meat before slicing up to stir fry. That should reduce the amount of liquid. Also, if you fry too much meat at one time the meat will steam instead of brown....fry in two batches instead. Hope this helps! :-)
