I like your videos, I am kind of a picky eater but trying to make different things to what I like. Anyways, my wife really likes pita bread and when we lived in Detroit area never had a problem finding it, but now we moved out of state we don't really see it at the stores. So now I will just make it myself, thanks for the recipe.

Thanks I will try it next weekend!Off topic: An interesting thing I just found out. Yeast are micro organisms / fungus. Sure they probably die in the oven, but basically with every pie,bread,etc you are eating some dead fungus. But this not bothering me, in fact there are definitely more weird and dangerous stuff the industry puts in our food we pickup at the grocery..

it is 2:30 a.m and my first batch of Pita are cooling so I can put them in the plastic bag and have them ready for breakfast in the morning. My Kurdish husband was very doubtful right up until he took that first bite and he loved it!! Thanks so much for a great recipe and the video helped out so much. We are going to be making a batch every week and bake them as we need them. |Yummy!!
