There really isn't a substitute for the egg. As for the flour, any plain flour will do ;)

Yes you can use crumbs instead. Bake them in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15-20 minutes or until golden. Yes, you could use plain mashed potato ;)

can you use crumbs instead of mashed up cornflakes? and by the way if you bake them for how long do you have to bake them? and what temperature? and can you have plain mashed up potato with no vegetables or vegetable mix?
