This video makes me so happy!!!! I moved to Germany a year ago and my favorite time of year from the States is Fall because Pumpkin Pie is available everywhere. I can not find pumpkin pie mix here, but now, thanks to your pie mix recipe I can make my own! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I love your shows, you are fantastic!!! My hubby got mad at me for making him watch your videos cause he got reallllly hungry, LOL. So thank you for the great recipe ideas for this newly wed. :-)

It doesn't really make that much difference with pumpkin, but I used 500g raw ;)

This might be a silly question :-P but with the 500g pumpkin, is it 500g raw or 500g cooked? Not sure if it makes any difference but just wanted to check, not really a pumpkin cooking officianado...if that's how you even spell that lol! I'm making this for Christmas, sounds and looks super yum! :-) love your work matey!

You can try, but most blenders do not have the same strength as a food processor
