If a stove is used what would be the temperature; what's the best way to remove the cake; how long should it rest? tink3030 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)

Nice recipe! ericwongjh (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
I read the recipe and saw that you used 2 cups of sugar in total, hence the presumption. I wanted to try with reduced amount of sugar (as I always do with other cakes) but I do not have that Dutch oven. Also, I meant (1) did not show the final product as in a cut-slice for I am interested in the look of the cake. I love cakes of all kinds, esp. cinnamon coffee cakes. DefyingNoodles (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
how could you possibly tell if that had too much sugar if you haven't tasted it? pappyhighlife (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Love it can't wait to try. Thanks for sharing DutchOvenDan (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
