Russian Apple Pie Recipe

Hello there. This is an old family recipe that I wanted to share. Many Russian know how to bake this but everyone has there own versions. I am happy to share it with you. Hope you enjoy:)4eggs1Cup Sugar1Cup Flour1/2 Cup Sour Cream1.Beat sugar and eggs in mixer for a minimum of 10 minutes2.Add sour cream and flour. Beat for 3-5 minutes more3. Pour batter into 9inch round pan4.Pour apples over into the batter, enough to cover the top of the batter5. Bake at 350' F for 40-45 Minutes6. When baked let it cool for 30 minutes before taking out
