And you thought bread baking was hard? It only takes ten minutes to make this scrumptious french bread! Follow this recipe: Four cups unbleached bread flour1 tbsp salt1 tbsp yeast warm water as neededMakes two loaves or 16 rolls. You can get the same effect for a flaky crust by using a spray bottle of water and misting it every 10 mins while baking.

Any time you create superheated steam it is dangerous. And I would not use this method in an electric oven. The heating element could break!

is it safe to through water in the oven if you have electric stove isn't it dangerous
