Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 2 min. Add tomatoes; cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.Drain pasta. Add to tomato mixture; mix lightly. Sprinkle with cheese and basil.Fettuccine Alfredo with ChickenIngredients1/2 lb. fettuccine, uncooked1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips1-1/4 cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth4 tsp. flour4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed3 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided1/4 tsp. garlic powder1/4 tsp. pepperPrep Time: 10 minTotal Time: 25 minServings: 4 servings, 1-1/2 cups eachInstructionsCook pasta as directed on package.Meanwhile, heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 to 7 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet. Mix broth and flour in same skillet. Stir in Neufchatel, 2 Tbsp. Parmesan, garlic powder and pepper; cook 2 min. or until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly with whisk. Stir in chicken.Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Add chicken mixture; toss to coat. you should have put pasta first into pan with tomatos and onions. Let it cook there for about a minute and than on the plate. riazaz86 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
