buttermilk can usually be replaced with regular milk mixed with a table spoon (per cup of milk) of lemon juice. lactose free milk would work fine too. candyfloss362 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
my partner is lactose intolarent. so i was wondering if i could soak the chicken in lactose free milk instead or could someone make a suggestion. thank you Garzization (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
