; Because of the depth of flavour on the bar-b-que, I use the brown sugar, and instead of cayenne pepper, I add 1/4 cup extra hot chili powder, Wowser! Best ribs ever, and I used it on chicken, or any place I would have used a seasoned salt. Tasty! bladfin (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)

Ethical treatment implies humane treatment, but I could be wrong. All I know is, that Ted Nugent is a charlatan making money off of the weak minded. r1cky8807 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)

I smoked 14 pounds of butts this past weekend using this dry rub and it was delicious. People raved about the taste. I had hoped to freeze some but all 14 pounds got consumed. Thanks for the excellent recipe!! It's got a home in my recipe book now. sadulkmali (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
