I made my own pot of Cioppino tonight... Delicious! I forgot to buy a crab, but I made it with clams, mussels, whole shrimp, and Chilean seabass, and it came out DELICIOUS! I ate 5 bowls all by myself; I just couldn't stop! Cioppino is truly a great dish with plenty of room for innovation, and Chef John's looks tantalizing!

Made this for the first time and it is delicious!! I'd added little necks and cod. Recommend putting clams in first for about three minutes then your other shell fish and right before serving put in the fish and cook about two minutes do not stir I made that mistake and the fish was broken up. Overall it was a crowd pleaser!!! :)
