Thanks for Tubing InIngredients:Four large ripe bananas (or six small)2 cups all purpose flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 cup butter1 1/2 cups sugar1/2 tsp salt2 eggs1 tsp vanilla4 tablespoons sour creamMix dry ingredients together and sift. In a mixing bowl, cream softened butter with the sugar and salt. Mix in eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Mix until just blended.Add flour mix to the batter. When making banana bread, use ripe soft bananas. Mash into bowl and add into mixture.Spray a Bundt pan with cooking spray or grease with fresh butter. Pour batter into pan. Bake in preheated 350 F for 1 hour. Hi Jason, I have been looking for a great banana cake recipe and I think yours matches what I am looking for. The only thing is that I would like to have a BIG banana cake and the size in the video seems to be small. However the amounts that you mention are the ones that I normally use and I believe they do not need to be doubled. Do you think that I should use more baking powder or add more eggs?.. Is baking soda obligatory or can I just leave it out without altering the flavour?.. Many Thanks
