Ingredients: 2.5 lbs beef tendon 2 lbs beef shank 1 can (28 oz.) spicy stewed beef broth1 1/2 Tbs fish sauce (if needed) 1 oz. oriental beef spices 1 whole onion (thin slice) 1 lemon grass cut into 6 pcs and crushed) 4 carrots 5 cloves garlic (minced) 1 1/2 Tbs salt, 2 Tbs sugar 4 cups water 3 Tbs oil1Tbs Paprika
