If you live in the UK cornflour and cornstarch are the same thing, but here in the US they are completely different and the cornflour would not thicken the sauce the same way :)

thanks for the recipe! I'm going to use it in a cooking practical tomorrow, but one question; can I use cornflour instead of cornstarch? Would it taste the same?

You can do this with tofu, just make sure to use extra firm and make sure to press all of the water out first. Then for the marinade add a little oil with the soy sauce :)

This is really awesome...Im a vegetarian though, can i do the same for tofu by replacing the chicken with it? Or it wont come out good? Not sure, please do let me know, ill run to the kitchen to make this asap!! LOL :D
