Chicken Pad Thai Recipe - Delicious Asian FoodIngredients:Marinade for chicken1 tablespoon corn starch1 tablespoon granulated sugar2 tablespoons white wine12 oz. Thai rice noodles2 sliced chicken breasts4 cloves garlic, minced1 cup fresh bean sprouts3 green onions1/4 chopped peanuts 2 eggs4 cloves garlic chopped2 tablespoons cooking oillime wedgesPad Thai Sauce:1 Tbsp. tamarind paste dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water 1 Tbsp. fish sauce1 Tbsp. oyster sauce1 Tbsp. soy sauce2 Tbsp. Gourmet Garden chili pepper spice blend3 Tbsp. brown sugarPreparation:Combine ingredients for Pad Thai Sauce in 1/4 cup warm waterBoil large pot of water and remove from heat. Cook noodles 5-6 minutes until al-denteIn hot wok add garlic and marinated chicken. Cook until 80% done. Move aside and cook 2 eggs. Stir in noodles with sauce. When finished add bean sprouts green onions. Garnish with chopped peanuts and lime wedges.

A dash of sugar is common in Asian recipes that can always be omitted if you wish.
