this is funny coz I just bought these the other day thinking they were punjabi tinda of a diff shape :) Once I found they were not, I didnt know what to do with them till I found this recipe. I cooked them and LOVED the sabzi - thanks a lot!

Thanks so much for the video. I had this vegetable at an Indian restaurant, didn't know what it was but loved it. Just bought some yesterday from the Indian grocer and now I know how to cook it! I'll be looking at more of your videos.

You can either thaw the tindora or just add them frozen to the pan.

Depends on which part of the country you are in. We get Tindora at our local Wal-mart.
