May, I ask how you made the sauce I cook for a living. BTW did you add sugar to kill the acidity of the tomato.

It came out great! Moist and crunchy...I used cornstarch in place of the flour to dust the chicken breasts...still tasted great! Your tips helped a lot. Thank you!
