I'm glad the recipe work out for you. As for the beef stick, will have to see about making a video but I do have a recipe for it already on my website.

The roasted chili paste was pre-made and it came in a jar. There is a link on my website with the image. The brand I use is Pantainorasigh.

Actually I am not sure because the roasted chili paste is pretty distinctive with it's sweet flavor. I suppose you can do a basic stir fry using fish sauce, a little bit of sugar and some oyster sauce.
