I absolutely love your videos! That being said DON'T BASTERISE our culture! Hell to the nah!!! That's most definetly NOT salsa verde!!! Salsa verde is made with: 1 clove garlic, 1/2 onion, 4-6 green tomatoes (mexica n green tomatoes, also called tomatillos) 1-2 jalapeño peppers and 1/2 cup cilantro.
