Greek Three Layer Moussaka Recipe

Moussaka is a layered casserole made with layers of eggplant, meat, and a béchamel sauce. In this video, Eva shows us her slightly healthier take on this classic Greek dish. Rather than frying the eggplant, Eva broils the sliced eggplant in the oven for 10 minutes on each side. Okay... Im lost. I have heard so many good things about this version of the moussaka, and wanted to try it out.. Got all the ingredients, but then i noticed... Its not being sayd how much heat the eggplants and potatoes should have while being precooked.. Anyone got thr answer for that one? Im thinking like 390 F(200 celsius) sounds about right.
