I don't care if it's authentic or not, looks damn good! Besides, 'authentic' is a complicated word. I'm sure hardly anything in this part of the world is truly authentic. Usually it's influenced by our distant European ancestors (Spanish, French, English, Ect.). They brought the concepts or ingredients over, and then we later remixed it. It's a long evolution, and who knows where any one type of meal began.

Im sure that I wont be the first nor the last to comment on this. At any rate. You are incorrect as to the burrito in Mexico being a donkey. Burro and burrito are two very different things. And Your Greek alternative is Not Mexican. Some of the ingredients that you suggested try before suggesting. They do not go together.

What a crappy recipe. Forget refried beans and forget meat (protein overload). Use a variety of beans and brown rice (together = complete protein), simmer with cooked veggies (dark greens = chlorophyll, and root veggies add a variety of complementary vitamins), add spices like cayenne peppers, sea salt, and potassium (they balance each other out), and maybe a little ricotta or goat cheese. Oh, and steam the flour tortilla, it folds better! Btw, a burrito in Mexico is a small donkey (burro)!

was this filmed on a gameboy?

That's a non mexican burrito, adapted for north american taste. Mexican burritos (not a significant sample of our gastronomy) are basically big tacos with beans, meat and sauce of dried chiles (or chipotles). No onion, no sour cream, lettuce, cheese or green pepper. Also, burritos aren't as popular here as you think.
