The fire pans we use are sometimes manufactured in-house, but mainly purchased through an outfitter supply store like NRS (Northwest River Supplies).

Great pineapple upside cake demo, made for the first time last night with roasted rosemary chicken. One note with the cake, if you will let the cake cool and place upside on a plate it will fall out intact. Will post the rosemary chicken next time.

Thank you VERY MUCH for posting. My boys are in cub scouts and we always camp...but this will be our first time using a dutch oven. although there are quite a few tutorials, yours was the most comprehensive but easiest to understand. THANK YOU.
