We find that almond milk just adds the extra special touch so you don't even know that a small amount of milk is added. You can use regular mil however we find that the fat content seems to affect the flavour somewhat. The same would go for cream etc. Hope that helps and be sure to let us know how it turned out for you. regards from Con and Niki

FINALLY i found a recipe for bananas...thank you so much, i am going to do this tonight, and hopefully it will turn out good....i only have regular milk, can i use that instead of that almond milk? or half and half cream? or whipping cream?...could you please reply....thank you.
