THIS: PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ICE CREAM OR WHICH CREAM TO USE?Use any cream suitable for whipping (the kind of cream you would use if you were making whipped cream from a dessert) - and yes, you do need to use cream. You cannot substitute it - that's why its called ICE CREAM! ;)PLEASE NOTE: This is a HOME MADE version of ice cream. It does not contain the "anti-freeze" additives that shop bought ice cream has. When you take the ice cream out of the freezer, it will be solid (like ice) - simply leave the ice cream out of the freezer for 10-15 minutes to soften and then serve ;)PLEASE SUBSCRIBE! http://au.youtube.com/subscrip... So, it will become a block of frozen ice, but after a few minutes, it'll turn like regular ice cream?

Hey Dave, I have a brother has the Elvis 'peanut butter and nanner' taste buds. What would be the best way to get the peanut butter you make into your ice cream as a ripple. Or would it be better to make the butter a bit thinner and sauce it.
