The way I've been eating this since I was a kid is to make the sauce a little bit thinner and eat it with rice on the side. I also put the dumplings in the oven for a few minutes before I add it to the sauce that way its guaranteed to keep its shape without me having to worry too much. dedemed (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)

hi dede, i have yet to try this dish and i can't wait, it looksdelicious. I have seen some people bake the dumplings before adding to the sauce, i think that would make this more crispy. dedemed (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
you can definitely add more flour to make it a bit more strong, add water if it's to hard :)
