I'm not very familiar with that dish, I believe it is a Saudi dish. But check out my kabsa recipe, I think you'll like it, it is made of rice and chicken :)

hi Dede, i watch ur video recipes and u help us a lot in making middles eastern dishes. we live in doha and here bukhari rice with meat is a very popular item. we love it abd sometimes my little doggy gets a small share of it...can u teach us how to make bukhari with meat? i can make it at home and thus i can impress my family...

The way I've been eating this since I was a kid is to make the sauce a little bit thinner and eat it with rice on the side. I also put the dumplings in the oven for a few minutes before I add it to the sauce that way its guaranteed to keep its shape without me having to worry too much.

yes you can definitely bake or fry the dumplings first if you like, some people do that as well :)

hi dede, i have yet to try this dish and i can't wait, it looksdelicious. I have seen some people bake the dumplings before adding to the sauce, i think that would make this more crispy.

you can definitely add more flour to make it a bit more strong, add water if it's to hard :)
