Asian noodles with stir-fried corn and cabbage

This is a recipe from the cookbook, "The Vegetarian Family Cookbook". It's on page 106. This is a tasty and light dish. If you like cabbage, you will love this dish!ingredients: 8 ounces of udon or soba noodles 2 tablespoons of light olive oil 4 cups of green cabbage 1 cup of frozen corn kernels (thawed) 3 scallions 2 tablespoons of reduced-sodium soy sauce 2 teaspoons of dark sesame oil
