| Tasty and Nutritious Protein Shake Recipe
If you're in the Hamilton area, come to the xelf fitness centre to learn how to properly move your body to be fit and healthy for life. Visit http://www.xelf.ca. This recipe is one of my favourites for a balanced, nutritious shake. The basic template I use for most of my shakes is:- Milk: soy, rice, almond, organic dairy- Natural nut butter or nuts: walnut, cashew, almond, pecan, peanut- Protein: whey, hemp, brown rice- Fruit: berries, mango, banana, avocado, apple- Omega-3: flax, fish oil, walnuts- Other: cinnamon, vanilla, dried/natural coconutTry out this or other combinations on your own and let me know what you like.
