That looks amazing, but I think I'm going to do the carrots and potatoes in it or something cause me and cauliflower do battle around 1 am LMAO! That was fusion and very creative. I liked that. I have a suggestion - do not beat around bush, use spices generously. I am sure the curry u made will taste awesome though :)
