That looks amazing, but I think I'm going to do the carrots and potatoes in it or something cause me and cauliflower do battle around 1 am LMAO! I've lost that battle many times and ran myself out of the room! HAHAHHAAHA. Can't wait to experiment with this dish though!

You probably should have left the bone in, when it is cooked that well most people like to suck the juice out of them... so delicious. At least I know people from the caribbean like to.

I use up all my coconut milk in making pulut hitam, a kind of malay/indonesian/pernakan (I'm not sure) dessert. Chef John, can you do pulut hitam, please?

That was fusion and very creative. I liked that. I have a suggestion - do not beat around bush, use spices generously. I am sure the curry u made will taste awesome though :)
