When I make in micro, I prebake my crust on stove top and once pizza is done again I finish making crust crunchy on stove top...watch my video of pan pizza.

how much time would it take in the microwave?? i hav tried several times but the crust was always a fail..it would b too hard..

Hi Bhavna, I made this pizza at home using your method and it came out great! Since then, I have made this more than 5-6 timesI have a question though - is there a way I can make ahead this pizza base/crust when I have time and refrigerate or freeze them for busy weekday dinners? Please tell me how to and how long for both refrigerating and freezing..thanks a ton!
