Liking eel has nothing to do with being italian. being from italy is what makes you italian..which she is. such an unnecessary comment.. you should really think through what youre going to say before you comment on something next time so you dont make yourself look so ignorant.

Aaahh!! This was very, very good!! I made the mistake of using the biggest lemon I could find and it was very lemony, I thought the wine would even the taste out but I was wrong. I will use less or no lemon at all, I love the wine taste! Great recipe, thank you so much for sharing this!

Tried this recipe yesterday night. It would have turned out perfect except I think the sauce was too lemon-y. When Laura said "small lemon" she really did mean a small lemon. If you have a big lemon, don't use all the zest or juice! It over powers the sauce. Overall, I would make this recipe again using less lemon juice.
